500ml of Black Rock Olive Oil. "Black Rock" is the name given to the mountain on Pelion, Greece. According to mythology, it was once the home of the Centaurs who gave the mountain its name.
Black Rock is a combination of the Organic and Green olive oil and is produced in very limited quantities. The olives are harvested early in the season, between September and October. This oil is unfiltered and and has a golden-green color and fantastic fruity flavor. It is award winning for its flavor and its high nutritional value, VERY HIGH in polyphenols (2x the amount found in other high quality olive oils), oleocanthals, and other minerals.
This is perfect for salads, and medicinal use!
