500g of mixed olives - Green and Black Amfissa Olives. All olives are harvested by hand. The Green olives are harvested between September 25 - October 20. The Black olives are harvested between October 20 - end of January. These olives still have pits and are perfect for salads, charcuterie, or just for healthy snacking!
