500ml of Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Amfissa variety of olives. The pressing takes place from September to November. It has a golden-green, fruity color and fragrant smell.
This oil is VERY HIGH in polyphenols (almost 3x the amount found in other high quality olive oils), and high levels of oleocanthals and other minerals, making it great for salads and medicinal purposes.

We were lucky enough to receive this as a gift and I cannot express how blown away we were!
